Returns Policy Information

Dear Valued customer.

 

Please be aware that any glass or goods being returned for credit must be approved by Axess’s sales department before they are returned. If the sales office is not notified prior to the return, goods/glass will not be accepted for credit and will be returned to the customer.

Credits will only be issued for faulty goods or incorrectly supplied products by Axess, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Sales Office or Axess Management.

We do not won’t to disappoint our customers, so please follow this procedure and satisfaction is assured.
